My role
I drove the product vision, market research and delivery roadmap for an AI agent that automates operational and predictive work for service businesses. I built the agent evaluation framework, set the guardrails for when it acts on its own versus escalates to a human, and prompt engineered it through beta. I also partnered with the tech leads on model selection and the cost versus quality tradeoffs, turning technical outputs into product decisions.
